Private Power & Infrastructure Board (PPIB) seeks a Resident Engineer – Electrical (PPS-10) to provide senior technical oversight of electrical systems for solar projects, including utility-scale PV, BESS and plant-level C&C/SCADA.

You will monitor construction, review specifications, inspect equipment and coordinate with consultants, ensuring safety, quality and timely progress. Requires a four-year engineering degree and 10+ years of relevant experience.

Formación

• Four-year degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Power Engineering from an HEC-recognized university.
• At least 10 years of post-qualification experience in power generation, electrical infrastructure or renewable-energy EPC projects.
• Minimum 5 years in site supervision, design review, installation, testing or commissioning of electrical power systems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide senior technical and site-level oversight of electrical components for solar works including PV, BESS and plant‑level C&C/SCADA.
• Monitor construction against approved specifications, drawings, quality plans and milestones; coordinate detailed reviews with consultants.
• Lead site inspections, commissioning tests, defect close-out and ensure safety and interface coordination with WPD GB for non-solar grid work.
