Job summary

INTECH AutomationIntelligence is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer (Proposal) to lead design and execution of E-House solutions across Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, and Utilities. You will validate electrical designs, drive vendor assessments, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery.

The role requires 5–8 years in engineering design and commissioning, with hands-on experience in electrical installations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master Degree in electrical engineering.
5-8 years of engineering design & commissioning experience with hands on installation & commissioning of electrical systems.
Self-driven, proactive problem-solver able to handle customer interactions at different levels.
Familiar with design processes including specifications, drawings and documents for LV/MV switchgear, UPS, transformers, etc.
Hands-on experience with installation, commissioning and testing of electrical equipment and packages.

Responsibilities

Review the Project RFQ to align scope with customer requirements and sales commitments.
Lead project design and execution activities, assigning tasks to team members for efficient delivery.
Review and validate engineering documentation for accuracy and compliance with standards.
Evaluate and review vendor offers ensuring compliance with project specs and contracts.
Develop detailed project schedules and tracking tools with the planning team.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely submission of documents and deliverables.
Coordinate with site teams to ensure safe, on-time site execution and adherence to HSE.
