Job summary

iSystems Ltd in Karachi is seeking an experienced Dynamics CRM/D365 developer to design, customize, and support complex CRM solutions. You will build plugins, workflows, and forms, integrate with REST/Web APIs, and ensure robust production support and compliance with security and risk controls.

The role requires 8+ years of hands-on Dynamics experience, strong C#/.NET skills, and a deep understanding of SDLC, Agile/Waterfall, SIT/UAT, and deployment processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 development.
• Strong experience with Dynamics CRM 2016 and D365, including Online and On-Premises environments.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics CRM Sales and Customer Service modules.
• Hands-on experience with CRM customization and configuration, including entities, forms, views, relationships, business rules, workflows, plugins, and solutions.
• Strong programming skills in C#, .NET, and ASP.NET.
• Experience with REST APIs, Web APIs, SOAP/WCF Services, and .NET-based integrations.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server and SSIS.
• Experience in SIT, UAT, regression testing, code reviews, deployment, and production support.
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, maintain, and support Microsoft Dynamics CRM/D365 applications.
• Develop and maintain CRM components including Plugins, Workflows, Client Scripts, forms, entities, and solutions.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
• Design and implement scalable, stable, and cost-effective application solutions.
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs, Web APIs, SOAP/WCF Services, and .NET-based services.
• Participate in all phases of the SDLC, including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Prepare test plans, test scenarios, and test cases and review test results.
• Implement unit testing using appropriate mocking libraries and testing frameworks.
• Deploy fixes and enhancements to test environments and perform SIT.
• Coordinate with business users for UAT and production deployment.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices.
• Manage Dynamics CRM solutions across development, testing, and production environments.
• Review and maintain project documentation including BRD, FSD, TSD, SOPs, deployment, backup, and rollback documents.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.
• Follow incident, problem, change, and release management processes.
• Participate in application monitoring, Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery activities.
• Identify and communicate technical risks, issues, and dependencies to relevant stakeholders.
• Participate in technical architecture discussions and provide appropriate recommendations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to development team members.
• Ensure compliance with security, audit, operational risk, and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, management, vendors, and support teams.
