Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; MBA preferred.
8–10 years delivering IT and digital projects.
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical commercial processes, systems and data (IQVIA, Veeva).
Excellent communication skills, strategic and analytical mindset.
Proven ability to lead teams across cultures in a compliant setting.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary Tech partner to the commercial business.
Lead design, deployment, and scaling of omnichannel transformation initiatives.
Champion a digital-first culture, upskilling commercial teams on digital tools.
Own delivery of the local technology portfolio with governance and change management.
Establish robust data analytics frameworks for actionable insights on customer behavior, market trends, and sales performance.
Ensure all Tech applications comply with security, risk policies, privacy and healthcare standards.
Lead and develop local Tech team and external partners.
