Job summary

Roche is seeking a PI Omnichannel Technical Product Owner to lead the technical delivery and operational orchestration of omnichannel activation across digital channels. You will partner with Pharma International and Marketing Technology stakeholders to drive scalable, compliant activation and journey orchestration in an Agile, enterprise environment.

Reporting to the Lead for Omnichannel Orchestration, you will coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment,

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Marketing Technology, CRM or Omnichannel domains.
• Experience in large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
• Experience operating in Agile delivery environments.
• Hands-on with AEP, AJO and activation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end omnichannel activation delivery across digital channels.
• Drive channel orchestration for customer journeys, triggers and personalization.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate priorities into delivery plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams including integrations, journeys and reporting.
