Job summary

10Pearls seeks an experienced DevOps Engineer to lead client onboarding, automate infrastructure, and manage end-to-end CI/CD pipelines across AWS, GCP, or Azure. You will work with Docker, Kubernetes, and scripting to create secure, scalable environments.

The role requires strong documentation, collaboration, and stakeholder communication. You will deploy and support apps on cloud and on-prem setups, ensuring secure, reliable operations in a fast-paced, global team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of DevOps experience.
• Advanced knowledge of at least two Cloud Providers AWS, GCP or Azure.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, helm charts, and ArgoCD or similar.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code: Terraform and/or CloudFormation.
• Advanced scripting: Bash, Python, PowerShell, or Ruby.
• Experience creating CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, Azure Pipelines, GitLab-CI or AWS CodePipeline.
• Knowledge of Nginx/Apache web servers.
• Understanding of DevOps and GitOps practices.
• Experience with monitoring tools (NewRelic, DataDog, CloudWatch) and logging (ELK, Prometheus).
• Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP) a plus; Kubernetes CKAs a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and set up their pipelines and infrastructure automation end-to-end.
• Document system configuration, processes, and tools used by the team.
• Ensure release and change management processes are followed in production.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and communicate effectively across teams.
• Develop and deploy CI/CD infrastructure using Jenkins, Azure Pipelines, GitLab-CI or AWS CodePipeline.
• Create environments for QA, development, and other stages.
• Deploy and support applications on cloud and on-prem environments.
• Maintain infrastructure security and reliability.
