Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, BI, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in analytics, reporting, BI, product analytics, or similar.

Responsabilités

• Document business requirements for reporting and analytics with product owners.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Integrate and analyze data from multiple sources for a consolidated view.
• Design dashboards to communicate trends, performance gaps, and opportunities.
• Improve reporting solutions with automation, data quality, and depth.
• Collaborate with IT, Data Engineering, PM, and business teams for timely delivery.
• Track deliverables, dependencies, and timelines; highlight risks.
• Coordinate with data teams to resolve data quality and availability issues.
• Conduct data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.
• Work with Regulatory, Finance, and stakeholders on reporting needs.
• Engage with DWH teams to understand data structures and pipelines.
• Develop SQL queries and analytics scripts for data extraction and analysis.
• Build reusable analytics processes to improve efficiency.
• Maintain visibility of app analytics funnels using AppsFlyer, Firebase, and BigQuery.
• Perform deep-dives on product performance and growth opportunities.
• Develop forecasts for subscribers, revenue, and transactions.
• Apply statistical techniques and ML models to improve forecasting.
• Conduct post-campaign analyses and optimize future campaigns.
• Analyze easypaisa app performance daily using Firebase, CMS, and other tools.
• Translate findings into business recommendations for stakeholders.
• Monitor KPIs vs targets and flag deviations.
