Job summary

Prime System Solutions is seeking a SQL Analyst to design reusable data models, dashboards, and analyses that empower stakeholders to make data-driven decisions. This role will partner with data engineers, architects, scientists, and analysts to deliver scalable data products and actionable insights.

The ideal candidate has advanced SQL, BI experience, and a proactive ownership mindset. You will drive governance, improve data processes, and promote self-service analytics across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; advanced degree a plus.
• 7+ years of SQL/Data Analytics experience.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and BI tools.
• Experience with Databricks or Sigma preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own data models, dashboards, analyses, A/B tests, and data assets.
• Gather requirements and manage data product lifecycle across domains.
• Design scalable data solutions using SQL and BI tools.
• Serve as data SME for assigned functions and provide strategic insights.
• Promote data literacy and self-service analytics across the business.
• Create data documentation, validate mappings, and monitor quality.
• Write user stories for data engineering and support QA activities.
• Collaborate with data architects, engineers, scientists, and analysts in Agile environments.
• Contribute to the data platform strategy and roadmap.
