Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / AX and D365 Commerce.
• Strong hands-on experience in Commerce POS/Store Commerce.
• Experience in system integrations and architecture design.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize D365 Commerce POS / Store Commerce, including POS extensions and integrations.
• Develop and customize D365 Commerce Back Office functionality.
• Administer and manage D365 Commerce environments, channels, stores, terminals, users, and configurations.
• Manage and support D365 Commerce functional processes and day-to-day system operations.
• Troubleshoot technical and functional issues and coordinate resolution across Commerce components.
• Support Commerce integrations, deployments, updates, and production operations.
• Design and implement integrations between D365 Commerce and other systems.
• Perform web development and customization to support D365 Commerce requirements.
• Contribute to architecture design and develop scalable, reliable Commerce solutions.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective D365 Commerce solutions.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and provide ongoing support for implemented solutions.
