Job summary

iSystems Ltd is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce professional with 8+ years of hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 / AX and D365 Commerce. You will own development, customization, and ongoing operations across POS, Back Office, integrations, and web development.

The ideal candidate will design scalable Commerce solutions, administer environments, and collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective D365 Commerce implementations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 / AX with hands-on D365 Commerce.
• Experience with Commerce Runtime, Retail Server, POS/Store Commerce, Hardware Station, and Commerce Scale Unit.
• Strong administration, configuration, and system management skills in D365 Commerce.
• Proven ability to work independently on both technical development and functional operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize D365 Commerce POS / Store Commerce, including POS extensions and integrations.
• Develop and customize D365 Commerce Back Office functionality.
• Administer and manage D365 Commerce environments, channels, stores, terminals, users, and configurations.
• Manage and support D365 Commerce functional processes and day-to-day system operations.
• Troubleshoot technical and functional issues and coordinate resolution across Commerce components.
• Support Commerce integrations, deployments, updates, and production operations.
• Design and implement integrations between D365 Commerce and other systems.
• Perform web development and customization to support D365 Commerce requirements.
• Contribute to architecture design and develop scalable, reliable Commerce solutions.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective D365 Commerce solutions.
