Qualifications

• Hold university degree in Marketing, Economics, or related field.
• 3-5 years hands-on Marketing Research experience.
• Keen analytical mind with ability to leverage advanced analysis methods and tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Expertise in servicing customers with knowledge of research methods and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all stages of project management and monitor performance.
• Lead and develop the team to maximize performance.
• Manage internal stakeholders and ensure cross-department alignment.
• Provide expert client consultation addressing complex queries or complaints.
• Drive business growth by managing profitability and strategic plans.
• Design and plan research projects including questionnaires and methodologies.
• Coordinate project execution and provide progress updates to clients.
• Present study results clearly and build strong client relationships.
• Travel as necessary to fulfill project requirements.
• Assist invoicing by communicating contract changes to Finance and meeting collection targets.
• Identify and develop key team successors for continuity and growth.
• Drive initiatives beyond BAU with key account plans and QA measures.
• Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards.
