Job summary

NielsenIQ is seeking a Field Team Leader to oversee data collection across Pakistan, including Islamabad, Lahore, Faisalabad, and Sukkur. You will drive operational excellence, lead field teams and auditors, ensure data quality, and manage travel budgets while delivering client-aligned outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of team leadership experience in market research, strong metrics know-how, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed.
• 3–5 years of team leadership experience, ideally in market research field force.
• Strong understanding of operational metrics and performance KPIs.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate field data collection across the assigned region.
• Ensure data quality and timely client deliverables.
• Manage travel budgets, training, and field audits.
• Develop and coach Field Team and field auditors.
• Achieve productivity, quality, and financial targets.
