Staffingly, Inc. is seeking an Entry Level Customer Success Executive in Pakistan to support healthcare clients, manage accounts, and help improve patient outcomes. The role focuses on delivering proactive support, onboarding new clients, and collaborating with internal teams to sustain client satisfaction.

You will monitor accounts, analyze metrics, and communicate service updates clearly while identifying opportunities for process improvement and service expansion as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• At least 1 year of experience handling US-based clients.
• Customer-focused mindset with retention skills.
• Proficiency in client service, support and account management.
• Ability to interpret data, track metrics and identify improvements.

Responsibilities

• Interact with healthcare clients daily via phone, email, and virtual meetings to answer questions and resolve issues.
• Monitor client accounts and track key performance indicators to maintain service quality and satisfaction.
• Work with internal teams to improve delivery and support client retention.
• Help onboard new clients by guiding them through processes and providing required documentation.
• Provide clear, consistent communication about service updates and performance metrics.
• Spot opportunities for process improvement and support upselling or service expansion based on client needs.
