Job summary

Cummins Inc. seeks a Customer Order Management Representative Level IV to drive end-to-end order handling and proactive customer support. You will be the management liaison for customers, parts centers, and plants, ensuring timely order processing and documentation.

You will monitor the order lifecycle, coordinate with logistics and manufacturing, and coach team members on policies and metrics to improve service levels.

Qualifications

• Degree in related field preferred.
• 3+ years in customer order management or supply chain.
• This role may require licensing for export controls.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire order life cycle for assigned accounts to ensure on-time delivery.
• Serve as single point of contact to customers, distributors and plants; maintain documentation.
• Resolve complex inquiries via research and Cummins processes; escalate as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of internal and external interactions.
• Ensure compliance with export policies and required shipping docs.
