Job summary

Cummins Inc. is seeking an Order Management Administrator to support non-customer facing administrative tasks, including processing orders, compiling export/shipping documents, and maintaining data in ERP systems.

On-site roles require accuracy, timely delivery, and strong communication with cross-functional teams. Minimal experience is acceptable, with licensing for export controls potentially required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience in order management, customer service, or supply chain operations is desirable.
• ERP/order management systems exposure is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders within the order management system accurately and on time.
• Allocate parts to customer orders in the system.
• Compile/export shipping documentation to enable timely processing.
• Enter and cleanse data in the order management system to maintain accuracy.
• Prepare and distribute standard internal reports.
