Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent recognised by HEC of Pakistan.
• Master's degree and/or professional qualifications such as CFA/FRM/ACCA/ICMA preferred.
• Minimum 6 years banking experience in corporate/SME lending or risk management.
• Strong data accuracy and confidentiality knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Prepare MIS reports for Senior Management and the Board per policies and SBP rules.
• Coordinate data from business units for timely, accurate submissions.
• Prepare agenda papers and presentations for credit MIS to senior leadership.
• Maintain documentation and records of MIS submissions and minutes.
• Collect, consolidate and analyze MIS on Seasonal Financing Products.
• Review and revise credit approval documents and templates with stakeholders.
• Suggest improvements to the credit approval process.
• Support development and revision of the bank's credit policies and procedures.
• Guide functions across the bank to implement credit policies consistently.
• Coordinate with Audit and Compliance for data validation and queries.
• Perform any other assignments as directed by supervisors.
