Job summary

Mashreq Bank Pakistan seeks an Assistant Manager – Credit Relationship to support the Corporate & Investment Banking Group. You will analyze credit risk, prepare proposals, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.

Role requires strong English, analytical skills, and a background in banking credit analysis. In-person position based in Pakistan with close collaboration with RMs and a direct supervisor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or economics with financial analysis foundation.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory, AML, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Assist Relationship Managers with financial and credit analysis for corporate clients.
• PrepareCredit Proposals for new facilities, renewals, and amendments.
• Coordinate with CRM and Compliance to resolve risk and regulatory queries.
• Monitor exposures, RAROC, and profitability for assigned relationships.
• Provide leadership support and cover for RM when they are unavailable.
