Job summary

Mashreq Bank PSC is seeking a seasoned Credit Analyst to assist in financial analysis, risk assessment, and structuring of facilities for corporate relationships. You will work with RMs/SRMs, prepare CPs for new, renewals and amendments, and liaise with CRM and Compliance to resolve risk and compliance queries.

The role requires 5–8 years of credit/financial analysis in banking, a business/economics degree (postgrad/CA asset is a plus), and strong English; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of credit/financial analysis in banking.
• Local market knowledge and knowledge of the bank’s products.
• Excellent command of English; Arabic language is an advantage.
• Familiarity with banking laws and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Review deals and facility structures with teams, ensuring risk guidelines are met.
• Provide quick, high-quality CPs with sound financial analysis.
• Ensure CP terms align with client expectations and monitor exposures.
• Follow Lending Guidelines and Credit Policy with Credit Control Unit.
• Cover RM in their absence and guide the team.
