Job summary

Infinity Media is seeking a bold Senior Creative to shape campaigns and set the creative direction. You will inspire and guide designers and content creators, driving concepts from idea to execution while maintaining brand integrity.

You will lead a team, collaborate with Strategy and Account teams, and deliver memorable results for clients through strong creative leadership and ownership of campaigns.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior or lead creative role, ideally within an agency setting.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating bold campaign concepts and brand storytelling.
• Experience leading or mentoring a creative team.
• Excellent communication skills to present, defend, and sell creative ideas to clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple client briefs and creative outputs simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of brand identity, visual language, and audience resonance.

Responsibilities

• Concept Development: Spark bold, original ideas for brand campaigns across social, digital, and print
• Creative Leadership: Guide and mentor the creative team, reviewing and elevating work before it reaches clients
• Campaign Ownership: Develop impactful campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring every output aligns with brand identity
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Strategy, Performance, and Account teams to make sure creative work serves campaign goals
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure all creative outputs meet brand, compliance, and quality standards before delivery
• Team Motivation: Inspire and direct the creative team with clear vision and hands-on guidance
• Client Impact: Drive outstanding, memorable results for clients through strong creative direction
