Job summary

UniSoftwares is seeking a senior, hands-on Creative Director to lead branding, UI/UX, and digital campaigns from concept to execution. You will shape brand identities, design systems, and high-impact experiences while mentoring the creative team.

You will stay hands-on, sketch concepts, present ideas to clients, and drive creative excellence across client accounts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional creative/design experience.
• 5+ years in a senior or leadership role such as Creative Lead or Design Director.
• Strong portfolio across branding, UI/UX, digital design, advertising, and concept development.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative concepts, visual direction and brand storytelling.
• Develop and direct complete brand identities including logos, typography and visual systems.
• Lead website/UI/UX design with wireframes, user journeys and design systems.
• Create campaigns for Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
• Direct graphic design, photography, video, motion, illustration, 3D and AI-assisted work.
• Mentor designers, conduct reviews and maintain high-quality standards.
• Present concepts to clients and senior stakeholders.
• Build efficient creative workflows and processes.
