Job summary

Telenor Shared Services Pakistan seeks a Senior Expert – Coupa Administrator to lead administration, configuration and operation of the Coupa platform, ensuring it meets business needs and best practices.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams, perform data and user administration, monitor platform health, and drive continuous improvement through DevOps and Agile methods, ensuring stable S2P processes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT/Computer Sciences or similar with overview of Financials/Supply Chain
• 7+ years of ERP/procurement experience with Coupa
• Strong Coupa administration knowledge and DevOps practices
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of day-to-day Coupa platform administration and operational management
• Manage Coupa users, roles, permissions, and access
• Perform master data administration across Coupa areas
• Conduct platform housekeeping, health checks and control activities
• Assess change requests from a functional/administrative perspective and outline impacts
