Job summary

Telenor Shared Services Pakistan is seeking an Assistant Manager Finance & Accounts to oversee P2P processes, ensure timely month-end closings, and maintain ICFR controls. The role requires strong communication, team leadership, and IFRS knowledge, with experience in Fusion, Coupa, and MS Dynamics.

You will manage stakeholder queries, coordinate with the Purchasing hub, and contribute to performance reporting and ad hoc analyses.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACCA, CA Finalist, ICMA or Bachelor’s or Masters in Finance/Accounting.
• 5+ years of experience in reputable organization/shared services/MNCs.
• Experience in Source to Pay functions is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Review and process transactions as per SOPs in P2P.
• Adhere to SLAs & KPIs with Purchasing hub and financial controllers.
• Ensure follow-up of open invoices in Fusion/Coupa/MS Dynamics.
• Perform month end closing as per deadlines.
• Handle queries from stakeholders in Finance & Purchasing hub.
• Lead service desk second line support for P2P and improve NPS.
• Ensure ICFR controls related to P2P are complied with.
• Maintain quality and control on daily production for the team.
• Assist management with adhoc analysis and performance reporting.
