Job summary

Telenor Shared Services Pakistan is seeking a Senior Expert – Coupa Administrator in Islamabad. You will oversee Coupa platform administration, configuration, and development, ensuring alignment with best practices and business needs.

You will collaborate with business and IT teams, manage user access, master data, and changes, and support testing, releases and ongoing optimization of the Coupa environment for global S2P processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT/CS or Finance with ERP exposure.
• 7+ years of experience in Coupa administration and related areas.
• Experience in ERP/procurement tech and S2P/SCM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of Coupa platform administration and operations.
• Manage user access, data quality and governance for Coupa.
• Coordinate changes, testing, releases and continuous improvement.
• Provide analytics and support to meet SLAs and governance.
