Nestlé Pakistan in Lahore is seeking an experienced Commercial Planning Manager to drive growth for assigned brands by translating business and brand strategies into actionable commercial plans.

You will connect Marketing, Sales and cross-functional teams, manage trade-spend, monitor distribution, and deliver insights that shape ICP and MBP cycles. This role requires strong analytical skills and stakeholder collaboration in a fast-paced consumer-market environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, marketing or economics.
• 5+ years of experience in Sales, Commercial Development, category management or trade marketing.
• Strong commercial acumen with understanding of category, brand, channel and sales drivers.
• Excellent analytical ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience with MBP processes and sales/distribution fundamentals.
• Proven stakeholder management, collaboration and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and topline delivery for assigned brands/categories.
• Track performance across brand, SKU, channel, and geography and identify opportunities.
• Translate insights into actionable interventions with stakeholders.
• Lead Monthly Business Planning and execute ICP with cross-functional teams.
• Plan and manage trade spend aligned with company targets and ROI.
• Monitor distribution, coverage and channel performance, plus corrective actions.
