Job summary

Zones IT Solutions seeks a Cloud Technical Specialist in Lahore to deliver expert Microsoft cloud support and licensing services for partners and customers.

You will manage Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune, and Entra ID, while handling Azure subscriptions, VM, networking, and monitoring. The role requires strong problem solving, customer focus, and flexibility across shifts.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure infrastructure, and cloud identity solutions.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft licensing models, CSP programs, subscriptions, and cloud consumption billing.
• Experience troubleshooting cloud infrastructure, networking, authentication, and end-user productivity services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional technical and licensing support for Microsoft cloud solutions, ensuring a high-quality customer experience for partners and end customers.
• Provide expert support for Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune, and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Troubleshoot and resolve identity and access management issues related to authentication, SSO, MFA, user provisioning, and directory synchronization.
• Manage and support Microsoft Azure environments, including subscription administration, VM (IaaS) management, network configuration, VPN gateways, availability sets, monitoring, and reporting.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for technical and licensing inquiries related to Microsoft 365, Azure, and CSP offerings.
• Ensure timely resolution of support requests while meeting SLAs; collaborate with Microsoft, partners, and internal teams to resolve complex challenges.

• Deliver exceptional technical and licensing support for Microsoft cloud solutions, ensuring a high-quality customer experience for partners and end customers.
• Provide expert support for Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune, and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Troubleshoot and resolve identity and access management issues related to authentication, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), user provisioning, and directory synchronization.
• Manage and support Microsoft Azure environments, including subscription administration, virtual machine (IaaS) management, network configuration, VPN gateways, availability sets, monitoring, and resource consumption reporting.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for technical and licensing inquiries related to Microsoft 365, Azure, and Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) offerings.
• Ensure timely resolution of support requests while consistently meeting established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Collaborate with Microsoft, partners, and internal teams to elevate and resolve complex technical challenges when necessary.
• Conduct technical consultations and provide day-to-day operational support to customer administrators and IT teams.
• Stay current on Microsoft cloud technologies, licensing programs, and industry trends through continuous learning and certification programs.
• Demonstrate flexibility to work across rotating shifts and effectively adapt to changing business and customer requirements.

What you will bring to the team

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure infrastructure, and cloud identity solutions.
• Candidates with Microsoft certifications will be preferred.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft licensing models, CSP programs, subscriptions, and cloud consumption billing.
• Experience troubleshooting cloud infrastructure, networking, authentication, and end-user productivity services.
• Excellent customer service, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ticketing systems such as Service-Now.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced support environment while maintaining a customer-first approach.
