Job summary

Zones IT Solutions is seeking a Cloud Technical Specialist to deliver high-quality technical and licensing support for Microsoft cloud solutions, including 365 services, Entra ID and Azure management. You will troubleshoot authentication, SSO, MFA, and directory synchronization while collaborating with partners and internal teams to resolve complex issues.

The role requires staying current with Microsoft cloud technologies and licensing programs, with rotating shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd).

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure infrastructure and cloud identity solutions.
• Experience with licensing models, CSP programs, subscriptions, and cloud billing.
• Experience troubleshooting cloud infrastructure, networking, authentication, and end-user productivity services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical and licensing support for Microsoft cloud solutions.
• Provide expert support for Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune, Entra ID).
• Troubleshoot identity and access issues (SAML, SSO, MFA, provisioning).
• Manage Azure environments: subscriptions, VMs, network config, VPN gateways, monitoring.

• Deliver exceptional technical and licensing support for Microsoft cloud solutions, ensuring a high-quality customer experience for partners and end customers.
• Provide expert support for Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune, and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Troubleshoot and resolve identity and access management issues related to authentication, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), user provisioning, and directory synchronization.
• Manage and support Microsoft Azure environments, including subscription administration, virtual machine (IaaS) management, network configuration, VPN gateways, availability sets, monitoring, and resource consumption reporting.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for technical and licensing inquiries related to Microsoft 365, Azure, and Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) offerings.
• Ensure timely resolution of support requests while consistently meeting established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Collaborate with Microsoft, partners, and internal teams to elevate and resolve complex technical challenges when necessary.
• Conduct technical consultations and provide day-to-day operational support to customer administrators and IT teams.
• Stay current on Microsoft cloud technologies, licensing programs, and industry trends through continuous learning and certification programs.
• Demonstrate flexibility to work across rotating shifts and effectively adapt to changing business and customer requirements.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure infrastructure, and cloud identity solutions.
• Candidates with Microsoft certifications will be preferred.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft licensing models, CSP programs, subscriptions, and cloud consumption billing.
• Experience troubleshooting cloud infrastructure, networking, authentication, and end-user productivity services.
• Excellent customer service, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ticketing systems such as Service-Now.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced support environment while maintaining a customer-first approach.
