Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in 24x7 production operations for PaaS/cloud providers.
• Strong cloud infrastructure knowledge across AWS/GCE/DO or similar.
• Hands-on Linux (Ubuntu/Debian/CentOS) and web servers Apache/Nginx experience.
• Experience with content management systems like WordPress, Magento, Laravel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for ticket-based support.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class support via tickets and emails with empathy.
• Join a 24/7 team with rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Monitor multi-channel communications and alerts (Slack).
• Assist seniors with reporting and process improvements.
• Meet SLAs and KPIs for customer support metrics.
• Lead migration of customer sites to DigitalOcean platform.
