Job summary

WORK is seeking a Senior Closer for an on-site, full-time role based in Islamabad. You will turn leads into signed deals, source and chase qualified sales leads, pitch, negotiate, and close contracts with potential customers.

You must have at least 1 year of call centre experience, excellent communication and persuasion skills, a strong rebuttal game, and be self-driven. Training will be completed within the given timeline; shifts are 10-hour shifts.

Compensation = 150,000 PKR Basic + Uncapped bonuses with Titles

• Handle objections like a pro and keep conversations moving forward

Shift:

Full-time, 10-hour shifts
