Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site CALL CENTER CLOSER AGENT (EXPERIENCED) role based in Rawalpindi. The agent will handle outbound and inbound calls to close sales, convert qualified leads, and secure commitments from prospective and existing customers. Daily responsibilities include following up on leads, presenting services clearly, addressing questions and objections, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. The role involves updating CRM or call management systems, documenting call outcomes, and meeting or exceeding assigned targets and KPIs. The agent will work closely with supervisors and team members to improve scripts, refine closing techniques, and contribute to the overall performance of call center campaigns.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing capabilities, including experience as Customer Service Representatives and in Customer Support roles.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain high Customer Satisfaction through professional communication and solution-focused interactions.
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills, including active listening, persuasion, and the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
• Solid Computer Literacy, with the ability to use CRM tools, call center software, email, and basic office applications efficiently.
• Proven experience in a call center or sales closing environment, ideally with outbound campaigns targeting international clients.
• Clear, confident spoken English; additional language skills are an advantage.
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure and consistently meet performance targets and KPIs.
• Minimum high school education; further education in business, communications, or related fields is a plus.
