Job summary

Zameen is looking for an experienced Civil Engineering professional to oversee interim payments, rate analysis, and subcontractor payments on site in Lahore. You will ensure accurate certification, coordinate material procurement, and ensure timely payments.

The role requires a Diploma in Associate Civil Engineering with 7–10 years of construction experience, along with strong attention to detail and excellent communication for negotiations and cost control.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Associate Civil Engineering is required.
• 7–10 years of construction industry experience.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and practices.
• Proven ability to manage payments and certifications on site.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Interim Payment Certificates based on work completed at site.
• Manage material reconciliations, track usage and procurement.
• Compile site claims and escalations, including additional costs.
• Perform rate analysis for non-BOQ items and initiate variation orders.
• Verify sub-contractor bills and administer payments through petty cash.
• Ensure subcontractor requirements, materials and machinery are met promptly.
• Coordinate material demands and initiate material requirement processes.
