Job summary

Zameen is looking for an experienced Civil Engineering professional to oversee interim payments, rate analysis, and subcontractor payments on site in Lahore. You will ensure accurate certification, coordinate material procurement, and ensure timely payments.

The role requires a Diploma in Associate Civil Engineering with 7–10 years of construction experience, along with strong attention to detail and excellent communication for negotiations and cost control.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform rate analysis for non-BOQ items and initiate variation orders.
• Verify sub-contractor bills and administer payments through petty cash.
• Ensure subcontractor requirements, materials and machinery are met promptly.

Job description

• Management of material reconciliations, tracking usage and procurement.
• Compilation of site claims and escalations, including documentation of additional costs.
• Rate analysis for non-Bill of Quantities (BOQ) items and initiation of variation order approval processes.
• Verification of sub-contractor bills and administration of payments through petty cash.
• Assurance that sub-contractor requirements, including materials and machinery, are met promptly.
• Coordination of material demands and initiation of the material requirement process.

Qualification and Experience:

• Diploma in Associate Civil Engineering.
• 7 to 10 years of work experience in the Construction Industry.
