Raqami Bank is seeking a Senior Officer - Cards to securely manage the end-to-end lifecycle of returned, undelivered, intercepted, and re-dispatched card products within Card Operations. The role emphasizes compliance, risk management, and timely investigation, with a focus on delivering quality customer service.

You will coordinate with internal teams and service partners, perform MIS reporting, and support audits while driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and controls.

Responsabilités

• Receive and verify shipments of undelivered, returned, or intercepted cards and update tracking information.
• Validate and update card statuses in the card management system to mitigate fraud.
• Investigate delivery exceptions and coordinate with partners for timely resolution.
• Authorize secondary dispatches or card reissuance per approved procedures.
• Monitor daily operations and perform quality checks for policy adherence.
• Prepare MIS, management, and exception reports for review by management.
• Support audits by providing required documentation and corrective action updates.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and risk controls.
