Mashreq Bank PSC is seeking a detail‑oriented banking operations professional focused on remittances, clearing, and fund transfers. You will ensure accurate processing within set turnarounds, maintain compliance, and coordinate with domestic and international banks to resolve payment issues.

The role requires 1–3 years in banking operations, strong communication, and a solid understanding of data analysis and banking regulations. You will work in shifts as required by business needs.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of banking operations experience, preferably in remittances.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of data models and analysis.
• Good verbal and written communication and computer operating skills.
• Knowledge of general banking rules and regulations.

Responsabilités

• Process remittances, clearing and fund transfers with required turnaround times.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and regulatory guidelines.
• Coordinate with banks for payment queries and settlements.
• Screen transactions against sanction lists and escalate flagged cases.
• Support user acceptance testing for system upgrades and new platforms.
• Maintain accurate records and assist in regulatory reporting.
