Raqami Bank seeks an Assistant Product Manager – Card Schemes Management to own Visa and PayPak relationships, ensuring compliance with scheme rules and managing certifications for new digital payments capabilities. The role supports billing, incentives, and portfolio profitability through close collaboration with Technology, Compliance, and Operations teams.

The candidate will handle scheme registrations, BIN management, licensing, and performance analyses to drive growth and customer adoption

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2–3 years in card issuing, schemes, card operations or payments within a bank, processor or fintech.
• Hands-on in at least one card implementation: scheme certification, BIN launch, tokenization, or digital card deployments.
• Direct exposure to Visa and/or PayPak programs preferred.

Aufgaben

• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for Visa and PayPak on product, operational and compliance matters.
• Maintain scheme records, BIN allocations, attributes, and product registrations.
• Coordinate BIN setup and changes with Technology teams and processors.
• Monitor scheme bulletins, rules, mandates, and requirements; assess impact on the Bank.
• Ensure timely compliance with Visa and PayPak mandates.
• Coordinate scheme certifications and implementations for new products/services (virtual cards, tokenization, etc.).
• Support scheme security and fraud programs including PCI DSS, PIN attestations, 3-D Secure.
• Validate scheme fees, invoices, and charges; ensure billing accuracy and reconciliation.
• Track incentives, rebates, and marketing fund entitlements; realize earned benefits.
• Prepare performance analyses, cost assessments, benchmarks, and MIS reports.
• Coordinate with Operations on chargebacks, settlement, reconciliation, and escalations.
• Ensure card designs and marketing campaigns comply with scheme branding.
• Coordinate reviews with Compliance, Information Security, Risk, and Shariah teams.
