Job summary

Daraz is seeking a data-driven BI Analyst to transform business questions into actionable insights. You will translate complex data into clear dashboards, perform SQL-driven analyses, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales and marketing decisions.

You will design reports in Tableau or Power BI, monitor KPIs, and contribute to forecasting and planning efforts. A strong foundation in finance, statistics, and analytics is required for success at Daraz in Karachi.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Statistics, or related field
• 3+ years experience in business intelligence or financial analysis
• Strong SQL skills: Complex query writing, data manipulation, performance optimization
• Analytical skills: ROI analysis, A/B testing methodology, statistical analysis
• Proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)

• Collaborate with the business teams to design strategies that align with business objectives.
• Prepare detailed reports and dashboards to track the business performance.
• Leveraging Python for scripting and manual/repetitive task automation.
• Developing a 360-degree business acumen, and KPI understanding across all the domains to help better handle business plan data requirements.
• Reconciliation of data between different sources by finding the root cause of the gap and closing that gap while aligning multiple stakeholders.
• Conduct evaluation and verification activities designed to improve seller operations, customer satisfaction and business performance.
