Job summary

Ecs Me is seeking a Banking Business Analyst – Data & Reporting to support data analysis, reporting, and MIS initiatives across banking domains. You will translate business requirements into data-driven insights and design regulatory and management reports in collaboration with IT and BI teams.

The role requires hands-on experience with Excel and SQL, proficiency in Power BI or Tableau, and strong stakeholder communication to ensure timely, accurate reporting across Retail, Corporate, Treasury,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services.
• Strong data analysis, reporting, and MIS skills.
• Proficient in Excel (advanced) and SQL (basic to intermediate).
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau and other BI tools.
• Knowledge of banking products across Retail, Corporate, Treasury, Risk, or Operations.
• Experience with data warehouses or data marts.
• Ability to translate requirements into analytical solutions.
• Experience preparing BRDs/FRDs and data mapping documents.
• Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills.
