Job summary

Motive is seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst II to join the Post Sales Organization, collaborating with Customer Support, Product, and Services to deliver high-quality reporting and analytics. You will build scalable dashboards, enable data-driven decision-making, and ensure leadership has visibility into business-critical KPIs.

You will design dashboards using HEX, Retool, and Salesforce reporting tools, write advanced SQL queries, and drive data consistency across platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics and business intelligence.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and data transformation.
• Experience with HEX or Retool for dashboard development and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using HEX, Retool and Salesforce native reporting tools.
• Write advanced SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets across multiple systems.
• Partner with Customer Support, Product, Services, and Sales Engineering leaders to translate business needs into data requirements and insights.
• Drive data consistency and accuracy across reporting platforms to ensure leadership visibility into KPIs.
• Provide deep-dive analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and process improvement areas.
• Support cross-functional initiatives by building scalable, automated reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with data engineering and BI teams to ensure alignment on data sources, definitions, and governance.
