Job summary

RapidFix Services is seeking a Senior Baker to lead daily bakery operations in Faisalabad, oversee staff, and craft a variety of breads, pastries, and cakes to meet custom orders.

The role requires 5+ years of professional baking experience, strong technique knowledge, and a hands-on leader who can train junior bakers. The position is contract-based for 1 year, with visa and ticket support for international hires.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional baking experience in a commercial bakery.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, recipes, ingredients, equipment and presentation.
• Ability to manage a team while also working independently.
• Excellent time management to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Creative with attention to detail in creating new recipes or decorations.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and maintaining kitchen cleanliness.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee bakery operations, budgeting, ordering supplies, and scheduling staff.
• Create new recipes and maintain high-quality products.
• Bake breads, pastries, cakes according to orders.
• Train and mentor junior bakers.
