Smart Working Solutions is seeking a Senior Backend-Heavy Full-Stack Engineer to own backend development for the SmartEarn platform integration. You will build Node.js and TypeScript APIs, implement real-time transaction tracking and reward-status workflows while ensuring reliable financial logic.

You’ll occasionally support the React Native rewards interface and Next.js Business Portal, work autonomously in a fast-paced startup, and design scalable, idempotent solutions with frequent

Qualifications

• 6+ years building backend APIs and business logic with TypeScript/Node.js/Express.
• 4+ years delivering REST APIs, webhooks and event-driven processing.
• 5+ years applying architecture thinking to financial data scalability and idempotency.
• 2+ years supporting mobile/frontend with React Native.
• 3+ years with SQL databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
• 3+ years designing or developing microservices.
• 1-2 years using Next.js for full-stack development; React experience acceptable.
• 2+ years testing with Jest/JUnit or similar.
• 3+ years CI/CD and cloud delivery (Docker, GitHub Actions, GCP/AWS).
• 2+ years with Firebase or Redis.

Responsibilities

• Develop backend endpoints for the SmartEarn API integration as the day-to-day focus.
• Test and stage the integration against the VDX sandbox environment.
• Implement and monitor reward status lifecycles (Pending, Approved, Refunded, Cancelled).
• Calculate reward values using commission-split data.
• Implement real-time transaction tracking and user notification flows.
• Develop and maintain backend APIs and business logic using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Periodically support the React Native rewards interface and Next.js Business Portal.
• Architect end-to-end product solutions with autonomous delivery in a startup.
• Design scalable solutions that support reconciliation and idempotent processing.
• Support frequent deployments, maintaining precision for financial/transaction logic.
