Job summary

BearPlex, Inc. is building and operating secure, auditable cloud platforms in Lahore.

You will own the infrastructure that everything we ship runs on, with a focus on reliability, security, and auditability for regulated enterprises. Based at our Lahore HQ on a hybrid schedule, you will work with engineering teams to design, implement, and operate resilient cloud environments using AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• Operated real production infrastructure.
• Deep AWS expertise across compute, networking, storage, and identity.
• Infrastructure as code with Terraform.
• Kubernetes and container experience in production.
• Observability and reliability practices.
• Security mindset with least-privilege design.

Responsibilities

• Build infrastructure as code and manage AWS environments.
• Run production Kubernetes clusters with reliability.
• Own CI/CD pipelines with automated tests and safe rollbacks.
• Instrument logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting.
• Engineer for security with secrets management and access controls.
• Design for reliability with backups and incident response.
• Partner with product teams across phases to align infra decisions.
