Job summary

Avanceon is seeking an Automation Engineer with 4-5 years of hands-on experience to design, develop, and commission automation systems across diverse industrial sectors. The role emphasizes PLCs, DCS, instrumentation, and end-to-end automation solutions.

You will configure PLCs (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider) and DCS platforms, develop HMI/SCADA dashboards, participate in FAT/SAT, and lead on-site start-up activities while ensuring IEC/ISA compliance.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years hands-on experience in industrial automation.
• Experience in designing automation systems and control philosophies.
• Knowledge of process industries and instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Design detailed automation architectures, I/O lists, and control narratives.
• Configure and program PLCs and DCS platforms; develop HMI/SCADA dashboards.
• Participate in FAT/SAT and lead on-site commissioning and start-up activities.
• Generate as-built docs and ensure IEC/ISA compliance.
