Job summary

Mashreq Careers in Pakistan seeks a detail-oriented Trade Operations Officer to perform sanction screening of relevant parties and handle Commodity Trade Operations documents.

You will authorize input transactions, prepare SWIFT messages, support the Team Head with ad-hoc tasks, and ensure zero revenue leakage and reconciliation integrity.

Responsibilities

• Perform sanction screening of relevant parties in documents.
• Handle Commodity Trade Operations documents.
• Authorize/input transactions into the system and prepare/authorize relevant SWIFT messages.
• Ad-hoc tasks given by the Team Head.
• Ensure errors/knowledge gaps are shared with line manager/team to address customer service issues.
• No revenue leakage due to miss out in charges collection
• No outstanding reconciliation entries pending in Nostro or Internal accounts.

Job description

All processing should be as per SOP/OPM’s and UCP/ISBP/ISP as applicable and charges recovery to be as per the extant guidelines.
