Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the MGN Pak - Middleware & Platforms team to ensure efficient operations and performance.
• Oversee installation, configuration, and administration of IBM API Connect across on-prem VMs and cloud.
• Monitor API performance and availability for optimal health and responsiveness.
• Lead incident resolution calls, guiding root cause analysis.
• Analyze logs and identify issues within IBM API Connect and implement solutions.
• Maintain CI/CD pipeline for API deployment and management.
• Manage API lifecycles using the API Management Portal across multiple catalogs.
• Implement security measures including TLS Profiles and OAuth2.
• Interact with IBM Technical Support and Sales to resolve queries.
• Provide architectural insights, assist discovery sessions, and respond to security questions.
