Job summary

Systems Limited is seeking an experienced enterprise integration specialist with 12+ years in Java-based development and IBM Integration technologies to design and deliver large-scale solutions for Banking/Financial Services. You will lead architecture, governance, and customer engagements across multi-project programs.

The role requires hands-on expertise in APIC, ACE, BAW, CP4i, MQ, and modern Java stacks, including microservices, REST/SOAP, OpenShift/Kubernetes, and robust CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Java-based enterprise application development and integration.
• Hands-on expertise in IBM API Connect (APIC), IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE), IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW), IBM Cloud Pak for Integration (CP4i), and IBM MQ.
• Strong experience with Java (8/11/17), Spring Boot, REST/SOAP APIs, Microservices, Kafka, JMS/MQ, OAuth 2.0, and SSL/TLS.
• Experience with OpenShift/Kubernetes, Docker, Linux, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps/GitLab), and monitoring tools such as ELK, Dynatrace, or Prometheus/Grafana.
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Integration, API Management, SOA, and Business Process Automation.
• Proven experience leading technical teams, engaging with customers, and delivering enterprise-scale integration projects.
• Banking and Financial Services domain experience and IBM certifications (CP4i, ACE, API Connect, BAW, MQ) are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver enterprise integration solutions using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and IBM Integration technologies.
• Lead solution architecture, technical design, implementation, and governance across integration projects.
• Define scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures aligned with enterprise standards.
• Conduct customer workshops, technical discussions, architecture reviews, and solution presentations.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor development teams, and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Support pre-sales activities including solution sizing, estimations, RFP/RFI responses, and technical proposals.
• Oversee deployments, production support, performance optimization, and issue resolution.
