You will mentor engineers, enforce secure coding and unit testing, implement CI/CD with DevOps practices, collaborate with product and design, and deliver features on time. The role requires strong communication and leadership in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with PHP Laravel.
• Strong SQL (MS SQL, MySQL) and Git.
• Frontend basics: JavaScript and jQuery.
• Experience with unit testing and clean code.
• CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Linux admin.
• Nginx, MariaDB, Galera Cluster in HA.
• Analytical mindset and detail-oriented.
• Translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Excellent cross-functional communication.
• Leadership and mentorship in Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, enhancement, and optimization of web and backend applications built using PHP Laravel.
• Design, architect, and implement secure, scalable, and high-performance technical solutions.
• Maintain high code quality by following best practices, including OOP, SOLID principles, and unit testing.
• Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments.
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of software engineers, fostering their technical development and overall productivity.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and key stakeholders to define, prioritize, and deliver product features.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct code reviews, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies to improve development processes and team performance.
• Implement secure coding standards to protect sensitive data and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Enforce robust authentication, access control, encryption, and other application security best practices.
• Partner with the DevOps team to maintain secure cloud infrastructure and deployment environments across AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Optimize database performance and server efficiency across MySQL, MS SQL, and MariaDB with Galera Cluster.
• Configure, manage, and maintain Nginx, Linux-based servers, and distributed system environments.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and performance tracking solutions to ensure application reliability and system stability.
