Job summary

Devsinc is hiring a Senior Software Engineer – AI/ML to design, implement, and deploy scalable AI solutions in a fast-paced on-site Lahore environment. You will work on LLM applications, RAG systems and AI agents, building cloud-backed APIs and production pipelines.

The role demands hands-on Python expertise with PyTorch or TensorFlow, experience in MLOps, and the ability to guide engineers through design and deployment decisions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of post-graduation AI/ML engineering experience
• Strong expertise in Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow, and hands-on LLM/AI apps
• Experience building RAG, semantic-search and Python backend APIs with FastAPI/Flask/Django

Job Type: Full-time

Requirements:

• 4+ years of post-graduation professional AI/ML engineering experience, with strong expertise in Python, PyTorch and/or TensorFlow, and hands-on experience developing LLM or generative AI applications
• Experience building RAG, semantic-search systems, and Python backend APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or Django, alongside deploying AI solutions on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Demonstrated ownership of production AI systems, including evaluation, optimization, MLOps, CI/CD, and monitoring, with the ability to guide technical decisions and mentor engineers

Good to Have (Plus):

• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, Hugging Face, model fine-tuning, and self-hosted models
