Job summary

Devsinc, LLC is hiring a Senior AI/ML Engineer in Lahore to own the end-to-end AI lifecycle from experimentation to deployment and monitoring. You will design and deploy AI/ML and LLM-based applications, including AI agents and tool-using systems, with scalable infrastructure and robust testing.

The role requires 4+ years of production AI experience, strong Python skills, and expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow, MLOps, and cloud deployments.

Qualifications

• Requires 4+ years of post-graduation AI/ML engineering experience, with production AI systems ownership.
• Strong fundamentals in machine learning, NLP, and model optimization.
• Hands-on in Python backend services and APIs, RAG, and semantic search.
• Experience deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms and MLOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and LLM-based applications with AI agents and tool-using systems.
• Build scalable training, fine-tuning, evaluation, and inference pipelines.
• Develop and optimize RAG and semantic-search systems using embeddings and vector search.
• Create backend APIs, microservices, and real-time inference services.
• Improve model quality, latency, throughput, and cost through experimentation and tuning.
• Lead architectural decisions and cloud deployment for scalable, secure solutions.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.
