Job summary

Digifloat is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI/ML solutions for Banking and Financial Services. • 5+ years of experience in AI/ML Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years in Banking/Financial Services.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy AI/ML solutions for banking use cases.
• Build predictive models for credit risk, fraud detection, customer segmentation, churn prediction, and transaction analytics.
• Develop and implement Generative AI and LLM-based solutions (chatbots, virtual assistants, intelligent search platforms).
• Design and implement RAG architectures for enterprise banking applications.
• Develop NLP solutions for document processing, KYC automation, customer support, and regulatory compliance.
• Build scalable data pipelines and AI workflows for model training, inference, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers and MLOps to operationalize models in production.
• Monitor model performance and enforce governance and responsible AI practices.
