Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, and deploy AI/ML solutions for banking use cases.
• Build predictive models for credit risk, fraud detection, customer segmentation, churn prediction, and transaction analytics.
• Develop and implement Generative AI and LLM-based solutions (chatbots, virtual assistants, intelligent search platforms).
• Design and implement RAG architectures for enterprise banking applications.
• Develop NLP solutions for document processing, KYC automation, customer support, and regulatory compliance.
• Build scalable data pipelines and AI workflows for model training, inference, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers and MLOps to operationalize models in production.
• Monitor model performance and enforce governance and responsible AI practices.

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer with strong Banking and Financial Services domain expertise to design, develop, and deploy advanced Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), predictive analytics, and enterprise-scale AI platforms, with a proven track record of delivering AI-driven solutions for fraud detection, AML, risk management, customer analytics, digital banking, and operational automation.

The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, data scientists, architects, and engineering teams to drive innovation and transform banking operations through intelligent and scalable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy AI/ML solutions for banking and financial services use cases.
  
• Build predictive models for credit risk assessment, fraud detection, customer segmentation, churn prediction, and transaction analytics.
  
• Develop and implement Generative AI and LLM-based solutions, including chatbots, virtual assistants, intelligent search platforms, and knowledge management systems.
  
• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures for enterprise banking applications.
  
• Develop NLP solutions for document processing, KYC automation, customer support, and regulatory compliance.
  
• Build scalable data pipelines and AI workflows for model training, inference, and monitoring.
  
• Collaborate with Data Engineers and MLOps teams to operationalize machine learning models in production environments.
  
• Monitor model performance and implement continuous improvement, governance, and compliance frameworks.
  
• Ensure adherence to banking regulations, security standards, and responsible AI practices.
  
• Participate in AI strategy, architecture design, and innovation initiatives across the organization.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML Engineering.
  
• Minimum 3 years of experience within Banking or Financial Services.
  
• Strong understanding of banking products, risk management, compliance, and digital banking ecosystems.
  
• Experience delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions in production environments.
