Job summary

CodeNinja is seeking a Senior AI Engineer / Agentic AI Architect to design, build, and deploy enterprise-scale AI solutions for banking and financial services. You will work with LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI across production-grade systems, ensuring security, observability, and governance.

The ideal candidate has 8-12+ years in software engineering, with 5+ years hands-on AI/ML and Generative AI experience, plus strong backend and Python expertise.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years in Software Engineering

• Strong understanding of LLMs, NLP, transformers and embeddings

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise AI solutions with LLMs and Agentic AI
• Architect multi-agent systems for planning, reasoning and tool use
• Build production-grade RAG platforms
• Design scalable Python APIs and backend services
• Implement evaluation frameworks for model quality and safety
• Optimize latency, throughput and costs
• Deploy and manage open-source LLMs in prod
• Collaborate with architects, product owners and DevOps
• Ensure security and governance of AI systems
• Mentor engineering teams and promote best practices
